Antihistamines are most commonly used to control the symptoms of allergies such as hay fever. In these conditions they work by preventing the actions of histamine, which is a substance produced by the body as part of its natural defences.*

Apple now has Rhapsody as an app, which is a great start, but it is currently hampered by the inability to store locally on your iPod, and has a dismal 64kbps bit rate. If this changes, then it will somewhat negate this advantage for the Zune, but the 10 songs per month will still be a big plus in Zune Pass' favor

Sheena
I'm so sorry not to have picked this up sooner. I've been a totally rubbish blogger these past few months. However, do let me know if the information is still valuable to you.
If it's not too late:
The drive from Nepalgunj to Karnali Lodge takes about two hours although I was so caught up in the beauty of my surroundings that it seemed a lot less and we stopped off to look for crocodiles in the Karnali River - which I thoroughly recommend. It's a fairly straight drive with long easy sections and slightly more urban sections crammed with mad Nepalese traffic including buses, bicycles and ox-drawn carts. There are also a few army posts and the occasional dirt road detour around broken sections of pavement but these are relatively few and merely add to the fun of the journey.
The lodge itself is wonderful and to me it felt a bit like turning up at a luxury spa in the middle of a jungle. The rooms are comfortable, the staff are Ubber friendly and the food is glorious. It may not be the most pristine lodge in the world but it's a wonderful place to stay and the wildlife guides are second to none in my opinion and worth seeking out.
